Digita

Digita is the owner and operator of the national broadcast network of Finland comprising 36 main stations and 152 sub and link stations. It is the only network that gives effective coverage of the whole population of Finland.

Under Igneo ownership the business invested over €40m in a network upgrade programme resulting in industry leading technology. A new management team was put in place with great focus on commercial growth and customer satisfaction and service.

New service model initiated refocussing from linear broadcasting to digital services such as data centre, Internet of Things and mobile telephony offerings.

Igneo exited Digita in 2018 to a specialist digital infrastructure investment manager.
