NOAE, S.A. is the management platform for three Portuguese motorway concessions: Auto-Estradas Douro Litoral (AEDL), Auto-Estradas Norte Litoral (AENL) and Algarve Via do Infante (AAVI). Following the acquisitions of AENL and AAVI in March 2026, the platform now manages 322km of strategic road infrastructure across Portugal under long-term concession agreements with the Portuguese State.
The enlarged portfolio provides exposure to a diversified mix of traffic profiles and revenue models, combining direct toll revenues (AEDL) with availability-based and revenue-sharing frameworks (AENL and AAVI). In 2025, the platform served c.70k vehicles per day across the three concessions.
