Igneo continues to expand its North American team with the appointments of Julie Furber as Managing Director and Tina Pham as Senior Director.

On 26 March 2024 Igneo successfully concluded the Series 3 fundraising for the European Diversified Infrastructure Fund III (EDIF III), resulting in the fund growing to over €4.1 billion in fund commitments.

Igneo has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Eco Resources Group (ECO) through its Australian waste and resource recovery investment platform, Integrated Waste Services (IWS).

Igneo has announced that its Australian renewables business, Atmos Renewables, will acquire the Karadoc Solar Farm from BayWa r.e. and enter into a strategic partnership to develop Australian wind projects over the coming years.

Igneo will purchase New Zealand electricity distributor Eastland Network, to add to its existing Firstgas business.
