Igneo Infrastructure Partners expands US aviation footprint with Corporate Air
Vero Beach-based operator joins Igneo’s growing Infinity Aviation platform
All Press releasesNew York, NY and Charleston, SC, 12 May, 2026: Igneo Infrastructure Partners (Igneo), a global infrastructure investment manager with US$24.5 billion of assets under management,1 has completed the acquisition of Corporate Air Inc. (Corporate Air), a fixed base operator (FBO) at Vero Beach Regional Airport (VRB) in Vero Beach, Florida, through its Infinity Aviation Group (Infinity Aviation) platform.
This acquisition represents the first bolt-on acquisition for Infinity Aviation. In 2025, Igneo launched Infinity Aviation in partnership with its founder, Steven Levesque, as an FBO platform focused on the consolidation of FBO and similar on-airport infrastructure businesses at airfields in attractive and growing United Stated (US) markets.
Corporate Air operates a portfolio of on-airport general aviation assets at VRB, including approximately 104k square feet of hangarage, fueling services, and a US customs facility. The business is well positioned in the attractive South Florida general aviation market, serving a growing community of business jet operators. The acquisition also includes a pre-approved development site that Infinity plans to transform into modern, purpose-built hangarage at scale.
