Marc Benscher is a Fund Manager in the Infrastructure Investments team. He is based in Sydney and has been with the business since 2007. Marc is primarily responsible for the management of the Wholesale Infrastructure Income Fund (WIIF), including portfolio construction, client engagement and strategy. Marc is also involved in deal origination and asset management for our funds and mandates, sitting on the Boards for Integrated Waste Services.

Marc is a member of the infrastructure investments Senior Management Team, Chair of the Australian Infrastructure Pricing Review Committee and the WIIF Investment Committee.

Marc joined from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia where he spent three years performing roles in the treasury, investment due diligence and internal consulting functions of the Bank.

Marc has a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.

He is also involved in all aspects of our investment process, including new acquisitions and asset management, currently working with the asset team for coNEXA and on the board of Integrated Waste Services. 

Prior to joining the team, Rowan was a Senior Analyst at TCorp where he provided advisory services for a variety of State government sponsored structured finance and infrastructure projects, ranging from structured leasing to PPPs. 

Rowan completed a Bachelor of Business at UTS, majoring in Finance, and has also attained a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia, as well as a Masters of Business in Finance (Corporate Finance Stream) at UTS.

Prior to JLC Infrastructure, Sameera worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC ("GS"), where she focused on M&A and project finance transactions in the transportation, public-private partnerships, and industrial sectors. Prior to GS, Sameera worked within the energy investment banking group at UBS Investment Bank.
