Pathway Power, is U.S.-based utility-scale renewable and storage development platform focused on hybrid solar and battery projects across the SPP and MISO markets. Backed by an experienced management team with a strong track record in building large-scale renewable platforms, Pathway has assembled a near-term portfolio of over 1 GW of projects approaching construction alongside a broader early-stage pipeline of approximately 1,000 MW of strategically positioned interconnection opportunities. The investment is anchored by two seed assets—Greenridge (150MW solar plus 150MW storage in Texas) and Foxtrot (150MW standalone storage in Arkansas). Through its preferred equity structure, the transaction offers downside protection and multiple monetization pathways, while positioning the platform to benefit from strong demand growth for dispatchable, renewable energy driven by data centers and broader electrification trends in key U.S. power markets.
