AEDL is the concessionaire of the Douro Litoral motorway network operating 73.3km of tolled road and 5.7km of un-tolled road and consisting of three motorways (A32, A41 and A43) in the Porto metropolitan area, in Northern Portugal.

It operates under a 27-year concession framework granted by the Portuguese State in 2007 and following construction, operations commenced in 2012. The Company collects tolls directly from traffic users, with the vast majority using electronic payment systems. Toll revenue is derived from a well-defined formula that allows for a inflation pass-through. The Company is the fastest route to travel North-East from Porto and North-South bypassing Porto and the only uncongested and free-flowing route among the three Douro River crossings in the city of Porto. Annual Average Daily Traffic (AADT) for 2025 was 14.680.
